Many Colombian entrepreneurs run their businesses every day without a clear picture of their financial reality. We exist to change that, one practical course at a time.
A knowledge gap that costs real money
Running a small business in Colombia involves navigating irregular income, fluctuating costs and seasonal demand. Most entrepreneurs learn by doing. That works up to a point.
What we observed, repeatedly, was that capable business owners were making decisions about their operations without a reliable understanding of their own cash position, their actual expense structure, or how to build a budget that reflected reality rather than optimism.
This is not a failure of intelligence or effort. It is a gap in education. Formal accounting and tax courses serve a different purpose. What entrepreneurs needed was something else: a clear, structured way to understand the economic dimension of their own activity.
That is what Crónica Empresarial COI was built to provide.
